Food digestion takes about 4 hours. Lunch should be at least 4 hours after breakfast. Avoid extending the time between breakfast and lunch to avoid acidity.

Dinner and lunch should also be 4 hours apart. This should not be extended since it will affect breakfast the next day. Health experts advise keeping dinner light and uncomplicated, which is helpful for everyone but especially for weight loss.
