Ingredients: 1/2 kg boneless chicken, 2 1/2 cups yogurt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala, few sliced green chilies, 2 chopped onions, 1 chopped tomato, coriander leaves to garnish, 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt

Combine yogurt with red chili powder, garam masala, garlic paste, cumin powder, and haldi. Be sure to mix well. Toss in some sliced chilies and chicken. After mixing with your hands, let it sit for 30 minutes.

Get a pan and add some oil once the chicken has marinated. Brown the onions in the pan. After a minute of cooking, add the tomatoes. Combine the chicken and marinate in a bowl. When the chicken is done cooking, season with salt. Top with a sprig of coriander and serve.

Grind all ingredients except the chicken to make masala paste. Next, gash the chicken legs and apply masala paste. Hand-rub it thoroughly. Marinate chicken for 3–4 hours in the fridge. Cook the chicken in a tandoor until charred and delicious. Serve hot.
